This was a fabulous week of training. Bond to inspire my ability to manage the data communication. The course should be given to all who work in the customer service departments. It is an eye opener for many things that we have been doing blindly. It is good to know that you can measure customer service in many other ways and not just customer service satisfaction surveys.
